For deliveries to island areas or regions that are difficult to access, we charge an island surcharge per order. The following countries and postal codes are affected:
The island surcharge is calculated automatically in the shopping cart after entering the complete delivery address. Please note that for deliveries to islands special regulations apply. In the case of an island delivery, the specified delivery date corresponds to the handover to the island carrier.
The exact delivery time of your required product is shown directly in the corresponding display within the configurator. Both delivery and production are included. Order production starts immediately after data and payment are received. If there are discrepancies with the print data, delivery times may vary. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in separate shipments, unless we have made other arrangements with you.
We only send online vouchers by email. Therefore, there are no shipping costs for vouchers.
If an item is damaged or defective, you can lodge a complaint. To get this done, we need your help:
Please note that your email including the photos must not exceed a size of 5 MB. Your request will be checked as soon as possible after receiving the photos. You will receive feedback from us within a few days on how to proceed.
The refund process will start as soon as we have received your complaint-return. The return is recorded and a refund is authorised. This usually takes place within 14 days of receiving the return.
