Terms of payment

The following payment options are available:

  • Bank transfer / prepayment by bank transfer
  • Payment via PayPal
  • Payment by credit card via Paypal (no PayPal account required)
  • Payment by invoice via Klarna
  • Payment by PAY NOW via Klarna

Further details regarding payment

We reserve the right, in individual cases, to deliver only against prepayment by bank transfer. For payments by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract. For deliveries abroad, your credit card account will be debited when the goods are shipped. If you have any queries, please find our contact details in the imprint.

Bank details

This payment method involves paying in the traditional way by bank transfer. Your order will be processed only after we have received your payment.

IMPORTANT: Please note that it’s not possible to ship to a packstation or P.O. Box! The delivery to a storage location, letterbox or third party is also not possible!

Delivery times

The exact delivery time of your required product is shown directly in the corresponding display within the configurator. Both delivery and production are included. Order production starts immediately after data and payment are received. If there are discrepancies with the print data, delivery times may vary. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in separate shipments, unless we have made other arrangements with you.

Online vouchers

We only send online vouchers by email. Therefore, there are no shipping costs for vouchers.


Guarantee

If an item is damaged or defective, you can lodge a complaint. To get this done, we need your help:

  • Please send a brief description of the fault/defect to us.
  • To document the defect, add 4 to 5 informative images to your description.
  • The defect/fault must be clearly recognisable in at least one image.
  • In the event of transport damage, we still require photos of the parcel.
  • In the event of adhesion problems, please let us know what type of surface the product was bonded to.
  • Please send the photos by email to service@printpioneer.fi.

Please note that your email including the photos must not exceed a size of 5 MB. Your request will be checked as soon as possible after receiving the photos. You will receive feedback from us within a few days on how to proceed.

Refund / repayment

The refund process will start as soon as we have received your complaint-return. The return is recorded and a refund is authorised. This usually takes place within 14 days of receiving the return.
